ZPLYS.AI Private Limited and our associates/partners/successors/permitted assigns (“ZPLYS”, “we”, “us” and “our”) are fully committed to respecting your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Policy”). Reference to “you” in this Policy refers to the users of the ZPLYS Platform (as defined below), whether or not you access the services available on the Platform or consummate a transaction on the Platform (“Users”). The Policy sets out: (a) the types of information that we may collect from you when you access or use our services (collectively, our “Services”) through our Platform, and (b) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.
The Website and ZPLYS App, either directly or via licences assigned by us, are jointly referred to as the “Platform”. By using or accessing this Platform and providing Information (as defined below) or SPDI (as defined below), you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. You also expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your Information and/or SPDI in any manner as described in this Policy and further signify your agreement to this Policy and the Terms of Use (being incorporated by reference herein). If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Policy, please do not proceed further or use or access this Platform/provide us with any information.
In short:

- Account: Refers to the password-protected account created by users to access and participate in the Platform.

- Users may, however, visit our site anonymously.
- ZPLYS will collect Personal Identification Information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us.
- Users can always refuse to supply Personally Identification Information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain activities/services available on the Platform.
- Sensitive personal data or information (SPDI): Consists of information relating to the following:
- Passwords
- Financial information such as bank account, credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument details
- Physical, physiological, and mental health condition
- Sexual orientation
- Medical records and history
- Biometric information
- Any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to a body corporate for providing service

We collect your name, email, phone number, and address when you register. We may also collect location data, use cookies, and receive info from social logins (Google, Facebook, etc.). Payment details go through secure gateways — we don't store them.
- In relation to the use of the Platform:
- For the purposes of creating an Account on the Platform, Users will be required to disclose information including personal contact details.
- During the creation of an Account for Users, we will collect information such as your name, telephone number, email address, residential/commercial address, and other information.
- When you use our location-enabled services, we may collect and process information about your mobile device's GPS location and the time the information is recorded.
- Additionally, we may request access to your device's contact list in order to provide certain features within our app.
- We also reserve the right to monitor conversations between two Users facilitated by ZPLYS through any mechanism on the Platform.
- From third-party sites:
- You may also register for an Account using your existing Facebook, Google, Twitter, or other accounts and log-in credentials.
- You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to us.
- If you decide to register by logging into a Third-Party Site Account via our Platform, we will obtain the Personal Information you have provided to the applicable Third-Party Site service provider.
- Cookies:
- Cookies are small pieces of information saved by your browser. They are used to record various aspects of your visit and assist us in providing you with uninterrupted service.
- We use cookies to authenticate your login information, enable security features, contextualize and show you advertising, and improve and develop the features of the Platform.
- Please feel free to change your browser settings if you do not wish to accept cookies.
- Collection of SPDI:
- For the purposes of creating an Account on the Platform, Users will be required to disclose certain SPDI, including credit card/debit card details for payment purposes.
- We do not gain access to or store any SPDI related to financial transactions on our Platform.
- ZPLYS undertakes to protect the data provided by you in accordance with reasonable security practices and procedures.
In short:
We use your information to provide services, respond to queries, send communications, and for analytics. We do not sell user-specific data to third parties.
- For the purposes of providing Services on the Platform:
In the event we are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, your information may be disclosed pursuant to such processes.

- Understand the Users' requirements
- Diagnose technical glitches
- Provide users with customer support
- Carry out obligations arising from the contract between ZPLYS and the Users
- Allow Users to participate in interactive features offered through the Services
- For monetization and processing of statistics for advertising, affiliate marketing, and analytics
- For any other purpose with the User's consent
- Communication:
We may offer phone calls, emails, application notifications, short message services, multimedia message services, or other forms of communication to share information with you about certain promotions or features.
- Data sharing with Third Parties:
We do not sell user-specific information to any Third Party for the above purposes. All data shared with Third Parties in relation to the above purposes will be on a no-name aggregate basis.

We do not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such Third Parties.

ZPLYS has the discretion to update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this Policy.
